摘 要:为解决城门山铜矿刘家沟尾矿库酸性废水的处理问题,对该尾矿库的选矿废水进行初步检测分析后,开展了尾矿库废水pH调节试验,测定了pH值调节至6、7、8、9对应的品位为75%的生石灰消耗量、沉淀物沉降速率、底泥量、底泥主要成分等指标。结果表明,尾矿库废水pH值调节至6~9,每天需消耗品位为75%的生石灰0.573~2.229 t,每天产生底泥湿质量和干质量分别为226.28~362.85 t、7.58~11.32 t,底泥主要由铁、铝、铜、钙、钠、硅的氧化物组成,尾矿库废水pH在6~9时产生的底泥Fe2O3含量最高。In order to solve the problem of acid wastewater treatment in Liujiagou tailings reservoir of Chengmenshan Copper Mine,after the preliminary detection and analysis of the beneficiation wastewater of the tailings reservoir,the pH adjustment test of the tailings reservoir wastewater was carried out.When the pH value was adjusted to 6,7,8 and 9,the corresponding consumption of quicklime with grade of 75%,the sedimentation rate of sediment,the amount of sediment and the main components of sediment were mea-sured.The results showed that when the pH value of the tailings reservoir wastewater was adjusted to 6~9,0.573~2.229 t of quicklime with grade of 75%was consumed every day,and the wet weight and dry weight of the bottom mud produced every day were 226.28~362.85 t and 7.58~11.32 t,respectively.The bottom sediments are mainly oxides of iron,aluminum,copper,calcium,sodium and silicon.The content of Fe2O3 in the sediment is the highest when the pH of tailings reservoir wastewater is 6~9.
