摘  要:提出了一种基于调洪演算的尾矿库安全监测预警阈值设置新方法。通过对某尾矿库进行调洪演算,得到尾矿库临界安全状况调洪水深,结合规范3级安全监测预警阈值的设置方法,对尾矿库的安全超高、干滩长度和库水位的4级安全监测预警阈值进行设置,将最危险状况作为红色预警,临界安全状况作为蓝色预警,调洪演算的结果状况作为橙色预警,1/2临界安全状况调洪水深对应状况作为黄色预警。这种方法设置的4级安全监测预警阈值更能体现尾矿库的安全状况,有效防止过度预警。A new method for setting the safety monitoring and early warning threshold of tailings reser-voir based on flood routing is proposed.Through the flood regulation calculation of a tailings reservoir,the flood regulation depth of the critical safety condition of the tailings reservoir is obtained.Combined with the setting method of the three-level safety monitoring and early warning threshold,the four-level safety moni-toring and early warning threshold of the safety superelevation,dry beach length and reservoir water level of the tailings reservoir is set.The most dangerous condition is used as red warning,the critical safety condition is used as blue warning,the condition of results of the flood regulation calculation is used as orange warn-ing,and the half of flood regulation depth of the critical safety condition is used as yellow warning.The four-level safety monitoring and early warning threshold set by this method can better reflect the safety status of the tailings reservoir and effectively prevent excessive early warning.
