摘  要:某铁矿采用上向分层充填采矿法进行采矿,使用全尾砂进行充填。为了在保证充填效果的基础上更好地控制充填成本,开展分级尾砂充填技术研究。结果表明:①尾砂的性能测试表明,分级尾砂的级配优于全尾砂。②在灰砂比相同的情况下,分级尾砂A对应的料浆流动性最好,完全满足该铁矿自流输送的要求。③在灰砂比相同的情况下,全尾砂、分级尾砂A、分级尾砂B对应的胶结充填体试件的强度均随养护时间的增加而提高。④在灰砂比相同的情况下,分级尾砂A、分级尾砂B对应的胶结充填体试件强度均高于全尾砂对应的胶结充填体试件;与全尾砂相比,分级尾砂A对应的胶结充填体试件养护28 d的强度高39.7%,分级尾砂B对应的胶结充填体试件养护28 d的强度高64.5%。⑤分级尾砂A同时满足提高强度和保证流动性的要求,最适合该铁矿采用。An iron mine adopts the upward layered filling mining method for mining,and uses whole tailings for filling.In order to better control the filling cost on the basis of ensuring the filling effect,the re-search on graded tailings filling technology was carried out.The results show that:①The performance test of tailings shows that the gradation of graded tailings is better than that of whole tailings.②In the case of the same cement-sand ratio,the slurry fluidity corresponding to the classified tailings A is the best,which fully meets the requirements of the self-flow transportation of the iron ore.③In the case of the same cement-sand ratio,the strength of the cemented filling body specimens corresponding to whole tailings,graded tailings A and graded tailings B increases with the increase of curing time.④In the case of the same cement-sand ra-tio,the strength of the cemented filling body specimens corresponding to graded tailings A and graded tail-ings B is higher than that of the cemented filling body specimens corresponding to whole tailings.Compared with the whole tailings,the strength of the cemented filling body specimens corresponding to the graded tail-ings A is 39.7%higher after 28 days of curing,and the strength of the cemented filling body specimens cor-responding to the graded tailings B is 64.5%higher after 28 days of curing.⑤Graded tailings A meets the re-quirements of improving strength and ensuring fluidity,which is most suitable for the iron mine.
