摘 要:某矿山选矿厂储矿仓在电机车卸矿时,仓口存在着严重的粉尘外溢现象,现场环境极其恶劣。为解决该问题,在大量考察和调研的基础上,确立了采用新型干雾抑尘系统的方案。通过在储矿仓厂棚内受料坑上部设置的喷雾模块组件,使卸矿厂棚内平均粉尘浓度由改造前的72.77 mg/m^(3)降至6.76 mg/m^(3),降幅高达90%以上,粉尘浓度显著降低;系统日耗水量约9 m^(3)、耗电量为500 kW·h,成本经济。新型干雾抑尘系统在大区域面积开放式产尘点的除尘方面优势显著,具有广阔的推广应用价值。When the ore storage bin of a mine concentrator unloads ore by electric locomotive,there is a serious dust spillover phenomenon at the mouth of the bin,and the on-site environment is extremely bad.In order to solve this problem,on the basis of a large number of investigations,a scheme of a new dry fog dust suppression system was established.The average dust concentration in the shed of the unloading ore plant was reduced from 72.77 mg/m^(3) to 6.76 mg/m^(3) by setting the spray module component in the upper part of the receiving pit of the ore storage warehouse shed.The extent of reduction was as high as more than 90%,and the dust concentration was significantly reduced.The daily water consumption of the system is about 9 m^(3),the power consumption is 500 kW·h,and the cost is economical.The new dry fog dust suppression sys-tem has significant advantages in dust removal of large area open dust production points,and has a broad ap-plication value.
