摘 要:为提高传统斜板分级机的分级效率和分级粒度范围,利用浅层沉降原理将传统斜板分级机、螺旋运输机、螺旋分级机、超声波技术有机地结合在一起,研制出高效斜板分级机。以四川某铜矿二次开发与利用的尾矿浆为工业试验对象进行了分级试验。结果表明,高效斜板分级机生产指标稳定、工作可靠、操作方便,具有很好的应用前景。In order to improve the classification efficiency and grading particle size range of the tradi-tional inclined plate classifier,the traditional inclined plate classifier,spiral conveyor,spiral classifier and ultrasonic technology were organically combined by using the shallow settlement principle to develop an high efficiency inclined plate classifier.Taking the tailings slurry of secondary development and utilization of a copper mine in Sichuan as the industrial test object,the classification test was carried out.The results showed that the production index of the high efficiency inclined plate classifier was stable.The high efficien-cy inclined plate classifier was reliable and easy to operate,and had a good application prospect.
