助滤剂N13-4在酒钢肃南铜选厂的应用研究与实践

摘　　要：酒钢肃南铜选厂精矿、尾矿滤饼水分高,陶瓷过滤机下料不畅,尾矿难沉降,环水时常跑混,严重影响生产。针对现场情况,开展了助滤剂在选厂的应用研究,并在取得理想研究成果后开展了工业应用实践。结果表明,精矿过滤时添加助滤剂N13-4,尾矿浓缩、过滤时添加助滤剂N13-4+聚丙烯酰胺,可显著降低滤饼水分,精矿滤饼水分可降低3.71个百分点,尾矿滤饼水分可降低4.78个百分点,尾矿大井泥线深度由原来的0.6~1.1变为1.0 m以上,彻底解决了环水跑混问题,确保了选厂的生产顺行。The concentrate and tailings filter cake of Sunan Copper Concentrator in JISCO have high moisture,which caused difficult in blanking of ceramic filter.Thus the tailings are difficult to be settled,and the water is often mixed,which seriously affects the production.According to the site situation,the ap-plication research of filter aid in concentrator was carried out,and the industrial application practice was carried out after the ideal research results were obtained.The results showed that adding filter aid N13-4 during concentrate filtration,adding filter aid N13-4+polyacrylamide during tailing concentration and fil-tration could significantly reduce the filter cake moisture.The filter cake moisture of concentrate could de-crease by 3.71 percentage points,and the filter cake moisture of tailings could decrease by 4.78 percentage points.The depth of tailings mud line in the large well is changed from the original 0.6~1.1 m to more than 1.0 m,which completely solves the problem of running and mixing around the water and ensures the produc-tion of the selection plant.
