金属磁性衬板在白象山选厂大型溢流型球磨机的应用

摘　　要：姑山矿业公司白象山选矿厂二段MQY4675型球磨机的锰钢衬板存在磨损较快,更换所需时间较长,衬板与筒体贴合不理想给矿浆渗入并冲刷、磨损筒体提供了机会等一系列问题。为解决这些问题,现场开展了磁性衬板替代锰钢衬板试验。结果表明,金属磁性衬板在白象山选矿厂MQY4675型球磨机的成功应用,不仅不影响铁精矿产量、质量和回收率指标,而且设备运转稳定可靠、提高了衬板检修的安全性、延长了设备的使用寿命、节能降耗效果显著;该应用打破了磁性衬板难以应用到大筒径球磨机的现状,拓宽了磁性衬板的应用范围,对同类矿山具有借鉴意义。The manganese steel liner of the second section MQY4675 ball mill in Baixiangshan Con-centrator of Gushan Mining Company has a series of problems,such as rapid wear,long required time for re-placement,unsatisfactory fit between liner and cylinder,which provides opportunities for slurry infiltration and scour,cylinder wear.In order to solve these problems,the test of replacing manganese steel liner with magnetic liner was carried out on site.The results showed that the successful application of metal magnetic liner in MQY4675 ball mill of Baixiangshan concentrator did not affect the yield,quality and recovery rate of iron concentrate,and the operation of the equipment was stable and reliable,which improved the safety of liner maintenance,prolonged the service life of the equipment,had remarkable effect of energy saving and consumption reduction.This application breaks the current situation that the magnetic liner is difficult to be applied to the large-diameter ball mill,broadens the application range of the magnetic liner,and has reference significance for similar mines.
