摘  要:采用含有磺酸基及乙氧基团的偶氮染料衍生物对C.I.颜料红57∶1和C.I.颜料红49∶1进行改性。考察了3种偶氮染料衍生物对颜料色光、着色强度、光泽度、粘度及分散稳定性的影响。结果表明:改性后的C.I.颜料红57∶1和C.I.颜料红49∶1具有更高的着色强度和光泽度,应用于水性体系均具有较低的粘度和较好的分散稳定性。Azo dye derivatives containing sulfonic acid group and ethoxy group were added into the coupling component solution of C.I.Pigment Red 57:1 and C.I.Pigment Red 49:1 to modify the pigments.The effects of 3 azo dye derivatives on the shade,colo-ring strength,glossiness,viscosity and dispersion stability of the pigments were investigated.The results showed that the C.I.Pig-ment Red 57:1 and C.I.Pigment Red 49:1 modified by adding azo dye derivatives had higher coloring strength and glossiness,and had lower viscosity and better dispersion stability when they were applied in water-based systems.
