摘　　要：本文采用高效反相液相色谱法,使用十八烷基键合柱和紫外检测器,对邻甲氧基乙酰乙酰苯胺及其有机杂质进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,测定方法分析速度快,准确度高且重复性好,可用于邻甲氧基乙酰乙酰苯胺产品质量控制和产品常规分析。High performance reversed-phase liquid chromatography(HPLC)with octadecyl bond column and UV detector was used for the separation and quantitative analysis of o-methoxyacetoacetanilide and its organic impurities.The results showed that the method was fast,accurate and repeatable,which could be used for the quality control and routine analysis of o-methoxyacetoacetanilide products.
