摘  要:对比了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)和原子吸收法(AAS)对2,2-双(3-氨基-4-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷(6FAP)中Na、Fe、Ca、Cu元素等金属的检测。数据表明两者所测元素工作曲线线性均较好,相关系数r大于0.999,重复性实验相对标准偏差分别为0.1%~2.5%和2.0%~6.9%;测定Na、Fe、Ca、Cu加标回收率,ICP-MS法分别为92.00%、98.60%、92.20%及105.00%,AAS法分别为92.62%、94.74%、90.00%及98.67%;在ppb数量级上ICP-MS较AAS更为精准。The metals such as Na,Fe,Ca,and Cu in 2,2-bis(3-amino-4-hydroxyphenyl) hexafluoropropane(6FAP)were determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)and atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS).The data showed that the linearities of both working curves were good,with all correlation coefficient r greater than 0.999.The relative standard deviations of the repeatability experiments were 0.1%~2.5%and 2.0%~6.9%,respectively.The recoveries of Na,Fe,Ca and Cu tested by ICP-MS were 92.62%,94.74%,90.00%and 98.67%respectively;and the AAS method were 92.62%,94.74%,90.00%,and 98.67%,respectively.ICP-MS is more accurate than AAS on the order of ppb.
