摘 要:目的:比较毛连菜不同生长部位酚酸类成分富集情况,为毛连菜后续研究提供参考。方法:采用福林酚比色法,以没食子酸为对照品,在732 nm波长处测定毛连菜不同生长部位总酚酸含量。结果:毛连菜植株不同生长部位总酚酸分布有一定差异,花序中含量最高,各部位含量由高到低依次为:花序>叶>茎>根,含量分别为3.8415%、2.6092%、1.3445%、0.9632%。结论:毛连菜植株不同生长部位酚酸类成分分布存在明显差异,因此可根据总酚酸含量的差异,选择采收部位。Objective To compare the contents of total phenolic acid in different growth parts of Picris hieracioides L.,and to provide reference for the further study of Picris hieracioides L..Methods The Folin-ciocalteu colorimetric method was used to determin the content of total phenolic acid in different parts of Picris hieracioides L..Gallic acid was used as the standard,and the wavelength was set at 732 nm.Results The content of total phenolic acid in different growth parts of Picris hieracioides L.was different,and the content in the inflorescence was the highest(3.8415%).The order of content in each part from high to low was:inflorescence>leaf>stem>root,and the contents were 3.8415%,2.6092%,1.3445%and 09632%respectively.Conclusion The distributions of total phenolic acid in different growth parts of Picris hieracioides L.were apparently different,so the harvesting parts can be selected according to the difference in total phenolic acid content.
