微交联透明质酸钠凝胶联合超分子水杨酸在面部年轻化应用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨微交联透明质酸钠凝胶联合超分子水杨酸在面部年轻化中的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2022年8月至2023年3月期间,于成都艺星医疗美容医院、昆明美雅医疗美容门诊部和昆明韩辰医疗美容医院就诊的200例面部年轻化就诊者。将患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各100例。对照组接受超分子水杨酸化学换肤治疗,而研究组则接受微交联透明质酸钠凝胶韧带滋养打法联合超分子水杨酸化学换肤治疗。观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果研究组总有效率为96.0%,显著高于对照组的83.0%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的毛孔、纹理、皱纹和色斑的VISIA检测分值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。在暂时性红斑、轻度水肿等不良反应方面,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组满意度为95.0%,显著高于对照组的80.0%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗面部老化时,采用微交联透明质酸钠凝胶联合超分子水杨酸治疗的显著效果,有效改善面部老化,安全性高、患者满意度较高。Objective This study aims to investigate the application value of microcrosslinked hyaluronic acid combined with supramolecular salicylic acid in facial rejuvenation.Methods Two hundred patients with facial aging were selected,including patients from Chengdu Yester Medical Cosmetology Hospital,Kunming Meiya medical beauty clinic,and Kunming Hanchen Medical Cosmet ology Hospital,treated from August 2022 to March 2023.Patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received supramolecular salicylic acid treatment,while the study group received microcros slinked hyaluronic acid combined with supramolecular salicylic acid treatment.The clinical effifficacy of the two groups was observed an d compared.Results The total effffective rate of the study group was 96.0%,signifificantly higher than that of the control group at 83.0%,and the difffference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).The VISIA detection scores of pores,texture,wrinkles,and pigmentation in the study group were signifificantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no signifificant difffference in adverse reactions such as temporary redness and mild edema between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effffective rate of the study group was 95.0%,signifificantly higher than that of the control group at 80.0%,and the difffference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).Conclusion Microcrosslinked hyaluronic acid combined with supramolecular salicylic acid has signifificant effffects in treating facial aging,with high safety,patient satisfaction.
