A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术治疗眼周皮肤松弛的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术治疗的有效性及安全性。方法回顾性分析2022年1月-2022年12月本院收治的眼周皮肤松弛患者43例。对照组(22例)予以患者实施眼袋整形术治疗,观察组(21例)在对照组基础上,予以患者A型肉毒毒素治疗,对比两组患者眼周评分、美学评分、满意度、并发症等多项指标。结果治疗前,两组美学评分、眼周评分比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组皮肤色泽(16.28±1.47)分、鱼尾纹(16.99±1.49)分、眼袋评分(16.82±1.64)分,均高于对照组的(14.02±1.31)分、(14.23±1.33)分、(12.05±1.51)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组美学评分(12.33±2.41)分,高于对照组的(9.87±1.94)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度95.24%(20/21),高于对照组63.64%(14/22),有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率9.52%(2/21),低于对照组的36.37%(8/22),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在眼周皮肤松弛患者,注射A型肉毒毒素配合眼袋整形术治疗能够纠正患者眼周皮肤松弛状态,提高患者满意度,且并发症发生率较低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the specifific effffects of injecting botulinum toxin type A combined with eye bag plastic surgery for treatment.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on 43 patients with loose skin around the eyes admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022.The control group(22 cases)was treated with eye bag plastic surgery,while the observation group(21 cases)was treated with botulinum toxin type A on the basis of the control group.The eye circumference score,aesthetic score,satisfaction,and complications of the two groups of patients were compared.Result Before treatment,there was no statistically fiffsignificant difference(P>0.05)in the aesthetic score and periocular score between the two groups;After treatment,the skin color score(16.28±1.47),crow's feet score(16.99±1.49),and eye bag score(16.82±1.64)of the observation group were higher than those of fiffthe control group(14.02±1.31),(14.23±1.33),and(12.05±1.51),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);After treatment,the aesthetic score of the observation group was(12.33±2.41)points,which was higher than the control group's(9.87±1.94)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.24%(20/21),which ffwas higher than that of the control group 63.64%(14/22),with a statistical difference(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the fiffobservation group was 9.52%(2/21),lower than the control group's 36.37%(8/22),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with loose skin around the eyes,injection of type A botulinum toxin combined with eye bag plastic surgery can correct the loose skin around the eyes,improve patient satisfaction,and have a low incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
