摘  要:目的探讨大张厚中厚皮片切取移植修复四肢大面积皮肤缺损的临床疗效,以及厚中厚皮片供区瘢痕的预防。方法收集2015年12月~2022年12月治疗的16例四肢大面积皮肤缺损患者,行大张厚中厚皮片移植,继发创面应用刃厚皮片覆盖,术后3个月至半年随访,并进行PSAS和VSS评分和满意度调查。结果15例患者经过单次行大张厚中厚皮片移植术后全部成活,1例患者皮片局部存在感染,出现部分溶化坏死,经过伤口换药3周后愈合。术后随访肢体修复区域外观及功能恢复良好,厚中厚皮片供区瘢痕增生轻,PSAS和VSS评分低,患者及家属满意度高。结论应用大张厚中厚皮片移植修复四肢大面积皮肤缺损,可获得满意的临床效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effffect of large split thickness skin transplantation for the repair of large skin defects and the prevention of scar in the donor area.Methods From December 2015 to December 2022,16 patients with large skin defects of extremities were treated for transplantation repair of large split thickness skin graft,and the donor area of split thickness skin graft was covered withepidermal skin graft,follow-up after 3 months to half a year and PSAS and VSS scores.Results 15 patients survived completely after a single transplantation of split thickness skin graft,while 1 patient had local infection and necrosis,and healed after wound dressing change.After postoperative follow-up of 3 months to half a year,the appearance of extremities and function recovered well,and scar hyperplasia in the donor area was mild,low PSAS and VSS scores,and high satisfaction of patients and their families.Conclusion Good clinical results can be obtained by repairing the large area skin defect of the extremities with the large split thickness skin graft.
