曲安奈德注射联合激光治疗面颈部瘢痕的效果观察及护理

摘　　要：目的探讨注射曲安奈德联合激光治疗面颈部瘢痕的效果及护理。方法选取医院2021年3月至2023年1月收治的80例面颈部瘢痕患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予曲安奈德注射治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合激光治疗,治疗期间均给予基础护理干预,比较两组患者的临床疗效、温哥华瘢痕评分(VSS)、瘢痕瘙痒评分(VRS)、生活质量评分(SF-36)、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床总有效率为97.50%(39/40),高于对照组的77.50%(31/40)(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者瘢痕色素、血供、柔韧度、厚度及总分均下降,且观察组瘢痕色素、血供、柔韧度、厚度及总分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VRS评分均下降,且观察组VRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组SF-36评分较高(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率为5.00%(2/40),低于对照组的25.00%(10/40)(c2=6.275,P<0.05)。结论采取曲安奈德联合激光治疗面颈部瘢痕,并在治疗过程中采取护理干预,可有效提高临床疗效,且安全性高。Objective To evaluate the effffect of triacetonide injection and laser treatment.Methods 80 patients admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to January 2023 were selected for study,and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given triamcinolone injection,and the observation group combined laser treatment with the control group.During the treatment,the clinical effifficacy,Vancouver scar score(VSS),scar pruritus score(VRS),quality of life score(SF-36),and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The total clinical response rate in the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than 77.50%(31/40)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scar pigment,blood supply,flflexibility,thickness and total score decreased in the two groups,and the scar pigment,blood supply,flflexibility,thickness and total score in the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VRS score decreased in both groups,and the VRS score in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).SF-36 compared to the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%(2/40)of the patients,which was lower than 25.00%(10/40)in the control group(2=6.275,P<0.05).Conclusion Triamcinolone combined with laser treatment and nursing intervention during the treatment can effffectively improve the clinical effffect and have high safety..
