摘　　要：目的观察眼睑基底细胞癌切除联合硬腭黏膜移植及带蒂皮瓣移位眼睑重建术护理工作。方法本文选取资料收集时间(2021年8月到2022年8月),选取眼睑基底细胞癌患者资料,共计42例,所有患者均采取眼睑基底细胞癌切除联合硬腭黏膜移植及带蒂皮瓣移位眼睑重建术治疗。结果护理后,患者SAS、SDS评分以及生活质量改善效果对比护理前更加明显,(P<0.05)。患者手术时间(176.65±9.31)min,术后疼痛消失时间(8.03±1.02)d,创面愈合时间(5.02±0.67)周,住院时间(12.64±0.72)d,在术后,患者仅出现1例切口感染患者,1例压力性损伤患者,并发症占比4.76%。结论针对采取眼睑基底细胞癌患者,在给予手术的同时,应用围手术期护理,可确保临床护理质量,有利于促进负面情绪调节,使患者并发症得到有效控制,进一步提升患者生活质量。Objective To observe the nursing work of eyelid basal cell carcinoma resection combined with hard palate mucosal transplantation and pedicle flflap transfer for eyelid reconstruction.Method This article selected the data collection period(August 2021 to August 2022)and selected 42 patients with eyelid basal cell carcinoma.All patients underwent eyelid basal cell carcinoma resection combined with hard palate mucosal transplantation and pedicled flap transfer for eyelid reconstruction.Result After nursing,the improvement effffect of SAS,SDS scores,and quality of life in patients was more signifificant compared to before nursing(P<0.05).The patient's surgical time was(176.65±9.31)minutes,the postoperative pain relief time was(8.03±1.02)days,the wound healing time was(5.02±0.67)weeks,and the hospital stay was(12.64±0.72)days.After the surgery,only one patient with incision infection and one patient with pressure injury had complications,accounting for 4.76%.Conclusion For patients with basal cell carcinoma of the eyelids who undergo surgery,applying perioperative care can ensure the quality of clinical care,promote negative emotional regulation,effffectively control complications,and further improve the quality of life of patients.
