全程动态围手术期护理在改良边缘切除小阴唇肥大整形术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨全程动态围手术期护理在改良边缘切除小阴唇肥大整形术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月~2023年4月在南阳市某三甲医院接受改良边缘切除小阴唇肥大整形术的患者86例为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组43例和对照组43例,对照组实施常规围手术期护理,观察组制定专科护理计划并实施全程动态围手术期护理,比较两组患者术后并发症发生率、切口愈合时间、愈合等级、会阴美学效果满意度、护理满意度等指标。结果观察组术后并发症总发生率为6.98%,低于对照组并发症总发生率23.26%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.441,P=0.035)。观察组切口平均愈合时间为(3.19±0.73)d,短于对照组的(3.97±0.85)d,差异具有统计学意义(t=4.4565,P<0.001);切口愈合等级优于对照组(χ^(2)=4.168,P=0.041);观察组术后会阴美学效果总满意度为95.35%,护理满意度为90.69%,均明显高于对照组的79.07%、74.42%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.108,P=0.024;χ^(2)=3.957,P=0.047)。结论全程动态围手术期护理可有效降低改良边缘切除小阴唇肥大整形术患者术后并发症发生率,缩短切口愈合时间,提升切口愈合等级、会阴美学效果满意度和护理满意度。Objective To explore the effffect of dynamic perioperative nursing in patients undergoing modifified marginal excision and plastic surgery for Labia minora hypertrophy.Methods 86 patients who received improved marginal resection and plastic surgery for Labia minora hypertrophy in a Grade III Grade A hospital in Nanyang City from January 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the observation group of 43 patients and the control group of 43 patients.The control group implemented routine perioperative nursing.The observation group developed a special nursing plan and implemented full course dynamic perioperative nursing.The incidence of postoperative complications,wound healing time,healing grade Satisfaction with perineal aesthetic effffects,nursing satisfaction,and other indicators.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.98%,which was lower than the total incidence of complications in the control group of 23.26%.The difffference between the groups was statistically signifificant(χ^(2)=4.441,P=0.035).The average healing time of the incision in the observation group was(3.19±0.73)days,which was shorter than the control group's(3.97±0.85)days,and the difffference was statistically signifificant(t=4.4565,P<0.001);The incision healing level was better than that of the control group(χ^(2)=4.168,P=0.041);The total satisfaction rate with postoperative perineal aesthetics in the observation group was 95.35%,and the nursing satisfaction rate was 90.69%,both signifificantly higher than the control group's 79.07%and 74.42%,with statistical signifificance(χ^(2)=5.108,P=0.024;χ^(2)=3.957,P=0.047).Conclusion Whole process dynamic perioperative nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients undergoing modifified marginal resection and plastic surgery for Labia minora hypertrophy,shorten the time of incision healing,and improve the level of incision healing,satisfaction with perineum ae
