摘 要:综述了陶瓷膜在饮用水、工业废水和生活污水处理等方面对污染物去除的应用现状,并对相关文献数据进行了对比分析。结果发现,陶瓷膜通过膜改性和组合协同处理对各类污染物都有很理想的拦截去除效果,对各类污水浊度的去除率很高,保持在95%以上;油水分离性能也十分优异,拒油率普遍维持在95%以上;对各类污水中UV245、氨氮和悬浮物等其他污染物也有一定的拦截效果,但受过滤工况和溶液性质不同过滤效果差异较大,污染物去除率也参差不齐。同时改良膜的特性和改变过滤溶液性质,能对膜污染进行有效缓解控制。Current application status of ceramic membranes in removing pollutants from drinking water,industrial wastewater and domestic wastewater is reviewed,and the relevant literature data are compared and analyzed.It is found that ceramic membrane has ideal interception and removal effects on various kinds of pollutants through membrane modification and combined synergistic treatment,and delivers a very high removal rate for turbidity in various kinds of wastewater,remaining above 95%.Its oil-water separation performance is also very excellent,and the oil rejection rate maintains generally at over 95%.It also has a certain interception effect on other pollutants such as UV245,ammoniacal nitrogen,and suspended solids in various types of sewage.However,the filtration effect varies greatly due to the filtration conditions and the nature of the solution,and the pollutant removal rate also varies greatly.Meanwhile,the membrane contamination can be effectively mitigated and controlled by improving the membrane properties and changing the nature of the filtration solution.
