摘 要:以煤沥青(CTP)为碳源、二氧化硅为模板、KOH强碱为活化剂、硝酸钴为钴源,采用高温碳化法制备煤沥青基钴掺杂多孔碳材料(Co-PC);将Co-PC作为电极修饰材料构建茜素红(AR)快速检测的电化学传感器;通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电化学测试对材料性能进行分析。结果表明,在最佳条件下,浓度为5~200μmol/L范围内,传感器检测分析结果呈现较好的线性关系,检出限为0.013μmol/L(S/N=3),并且该传感器具有高稳定性、高灵敏度与极好的抗干扰性能等。Co-PC各种优异的性能为制备具有增强电化学活性的AR传感器提供了新的选择。Taking coal tar pitch(CTP)as carbon source,silica as template,KOH as activation agent,and cobalt nitrate as cobalt source,cobalt-doped CTP-based porous carbon material(Co-PC)is prepared through high temperature carbonization method.Co-PC is used as electrode modification material to construct an electrochemical sensor for the rapid detection of alizarin red.The properties of CO-PC are analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and electrochemical test.Results indicate that the sensor shows a good linearity in the alizarin red concentration range of 5-200μmol·L-1 with a detection limit of 0.013μmol·L-1(S/N=3)under the optimal conditions.The sensor also has the advantages of high stability,high sensitivity and excellent anti-interference performance,etc.Various excellent properties of Co-PC provide a new option for the preparation of AR sensors with enhanced electrochemical activity.Given its various excellent properties,Co-PC provides a new option for the construction of alizarin red sensor with enhanced electrochemical activity.
