摘 要:对以醋酸甲酯和氢气为原料生产燃料乙醇的强化工艺进行了控制研究,采用集成仿真与启发式规则的全厂控制设计方法,分别建立了反应单元和分离单元的控制方案,并通过添加进料流量扰动考察系统的响应效果。虽然该流程中涉及分隔壁精馏塔和萃取分隔壁精馏塔,流程复杂、变量之间耦合度高,但各产品纯度在扰动后均能恢复稳定值。提出的全厂控制方案可为醋酸甲酯加氢制燃料乙醇的工业应用提供参考。The control is studied on the fuel ethanol production intensified process with methyl acetate and hydrogen as feedstock.A plant-wide control design approach using integrated simulation and heuristic rules is employed to establish the control schemes for the reaction and separation units respectively,and the response performance of the system is examined through adding feed flow rate disturbances.Although a dividing wall distillation column and an extractive dividing wall distillation column are involved in this process with high coupling between variables,the purity of each product is able to recover their stable values after disturbances.The plant-wide control schemes proposed in this study can provide a reference for industrial applications of methyl acetate hydrogenation to fuel ethanol.
