摘　　要：家禽日粮中添加抗生素、激素等情况比较普遍,在提高生产性能和养殖效益的同时,在家禽体内也残留许多有害物质,导致环境污染和危害人类健康等诸多问题。中草药制剂因具有无害化、污染低、毒害性小等优势成为替代化学合成抗生素的最佳产品,是未来畜牧业健康、绿色发展的重要选择。文章从中草药制剂的特点及作用出发,阐述其对家禽生长性能、繁殖力、免疫力、肉品质、肠道菌群的影响,旨在为中草药制剂在家禽养殖业中的广泛应用提供理论参考。With the scientific and standardized development of poultry breeding industry,antibiotics,hormones and other additives are added to the poultry diet.It is common to add antibiotics,hormones,and other substances to poultry diets.While improving production performance and breeding efficiency,there are also many harmful substances left in poultry bodies,leading to environmental pollution and endangering human health.Chinese herbal medicine preparation is harmless,low pollution and less toxicity,It has become the best product to replace chemical synthetic antibiotics,and is an important choice for the healthy and green development of animal husbandry in the future.Based on the characteristics and functions of Chinese herbal preparations,this paper expounds their effects on poultry growth performance,fertility,immunity,meat quality and intestinal flora,and aims to provide theoretical reference for the wide application of Chinese herbal preparations in poultry industry.
