摘 要:试验旨在研究不同调质温度对猪颗粒饲料质量、猪生长性能及养分消化率的影响。设计70、75、80℃和85℃等4个调质温度水平生产猪颗粒饲料,测定不同调质温度下颗粒饲料的含粉率、粉化率和淀粉糊化度;再选取70日龄体重接近的肥育猪60头,随机分为4个处理,分别饲喂70、75、80、85℃调质的颗粒饲料,饲养试验60 d后采用全收粪法进行消化试验。结果表明:各处理间颗粒饲料含粉率、钙磷消化率、平均日采食量均差异不显著(P>0.05);各处理间颗粒饲料粉化率、淀粉糊化度均差异极显著(P<0.01)。80℃和85℃处理的干物质、粗蛋白消化率极显著高于70℃和75℃处理(P<0.01),75℃和80℃处理粗脂肪消化率极显著高于70℃和85℃处理(P<0.01)。70℃和85℃处理的料重比极显著高于80℃处理,且80℃处理平均日增重最大(P<0.01)。说明合适的调质温度可以提高饲料的质量和饲喂效果,最适温度为80℃。The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of different conditioning temperatures on pellet feed quality,growth performance and nutrient digestibility of pigs.Four conditioning temperatures of 70,75,80℃and 85℃were designed to produce pig pellet feed.The powder content,pulverization rate and starch gelatinization degree of pellet feed were measured under different conditioning temperatures.Sixty 70-day-old finishing pigs with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups.The four groups were fed granule feed conditioned at 70,75,80℃and 85℃,respectively.After 60 days of feeding experiment,digestion test was conducted by total manure collection method.The results showed as follows:There were no significant differences in meal content,calcium and phosphorus digestibility and average daily feed intake among all treatments(P>0.05);the differences of pulverization rate and starch gelatinization degree of pellet feed were extremely significant(P<0.01).The digestibility of dry matter and crude protein treated at 80℃and 85℃was extremely significantly higher than that in 70℃and 75℃groups(P<0.01),and the digestibility of ether extract in 75℃and 80℃groups was significantly higher than that in 70℃and 85℃groups(P<0.01).The ratio of feed to gain at 70℃and 85℃were significantly higher than that at 80℃,and the average daily gain at 80℃was the largest(P<0.01).It is concluded that the optimum conditioning temperature was 80℃,which could improve feed quality and feeding efficiency.
