穴位贴敷联合中药口服及聚焦超声手术治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效及对血清免疫炎性指标和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察穴位贴敷联合中药口服及聚焦超声手术治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效及对血清免疫炎性指标和生活质量的影响。方法将2021年3—8月在河北省沧州中西医结合医院耳鼻咽喉科治疗的150例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为超声组50例、超声+中药组50例、超声+中药+穴位贴敷组50例。超声组给予聚焦超声手术治疗,超声+中药组给予聚焦超声手术和中药辨证口服1个月,超声+中药+穴位贴敷组给予聚焦超声手术、中药辨证口服1个月及穴位贴敷1个月。观察3组患者治疗前后血清免疫炎性指标[免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、嗜酸性粒细胞绝对值(EO#)]水平和中医症状积分、生活质量评分(SF-36评分),比较3组治疗效果。结果3组患者治疗后IgE、IL-4、IL-6、EO#水平和中医症状积分均明显低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且超声+中药组均明显低于超声组(P均<0.05),超声+中药+穴位贴敷组均明显低于其他2组(P均<0.05);3组患者治疗后SF-36评分(心理健康、认知功能、生理功能、社会职能)均明显高于治疗前(P均<0.05),且超声+中药组均明显高于超声组(P均<0.05),超声+中药+穴位贴敷组均明显高于其他2组(P均<0.05)。3组患者治疗总有效率分别为74%(37/50)、86%(43/50)、96%(48/50),超声+中药组均明显高于超声组(P均<0.05),超声+中药+穴位贴敷组均明显高于其他2组(P均<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合口服中药及聚焦超声手术治疗过敏性鼻炎临床疗效显著,可有效缓解患者症状、提高生活质量,且复发率低,其机制可能与降低炎症反应有关。Objective It is to observe the efficacy of acupoint application combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and focused ultrasound surgery on allergic rhinitis and its effect on serum immunoinflammatory indexes and quality of life.Methods One hundred and fifty patients with allergic rhinitis treated in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of Hebei Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from March to August 2021 were randomly divided into ultrasound group,ultrasound+TCM group,and ultrasound+TCM+acupoint application group,with 50 cases in each group.The ultrasound group was treated with focused ultrasound surgery,the ultrasound+TCM group was treated with focused ultrasound surgery and oral administration of TCM based on syndrome differentiation for 1 month,and the ultrasound+TCM+acupoint application group was treated with focused ultrasound surgery,oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine based on syndrome differentiation and acupoint application for 1 month.The levels of serum immunoinflammatory indexes[immunoglobulin E(IgE),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6),absolute eosinophil value(EO#)]and scores of TCM symptom and quality of life(SF-36)before and after the treatment were observed in the three groups,and the curative effects of the three groups were compared.Results The levels of IgE,IL-4,IL-6,EO#and TCM symptom scores of patients in the 3 groups were significantly lower after treatment than those before treatment(all P<0.05),and they were all significantly lower in the ultrasound+TCM group than those in the ultrasound group(all P<0.05),and in the ultrasound+TCM+acupoint application group were significantly lower than those in the other two groups(all P<0.05);the SF-36 scores(mental health,cognitive function,physiological function,social function)of patients in the three groups after treatment were all significantly higher than those before treatment,and they were all significantly higher in the ultrasound+TCM group than those in the
