摘　　要：新时代对城市生产空间的供给提出了变革要求。研究从城市生产空间传统“大板块”尺度、“集中化”布局的理论认知和当前发展实践出发,拟定生产空间分析的“形”与“态”演绎框架,梳理出城市生产空间呈现出传统大板块生产空间中小尺度化和新兴生产空间点状式同步发展、扩散状态和集聚状态双向强化的两大趋势,结合企业生产活动组织方式进化和城市发展人本要义下的从业人员就业—居住—服务需求协调要求,凝练城市生产空间广域扩散且散中有聚复合发展这一基本情况背后“散—聚”逻辑,并据此提出新时代城市生产空间科学供给的三个“转变”建议。The new era puts forward requirements for changes in the supply of urban production space.Based on the theoretical cognition of the traditional"large-sector"scale and"centralized"layout as well as the current development practice of urban production space,the research draws up a deductive framework for the"form"and"state"of production space,and sorts out two major trends of urban production space showing the simultaneous development of small and medium-sized traditional large-scale production spaces and the point-like emerging production spaces,and the two-way strengthening of the state of dispersion and clustering.In combination with the evolution of organizational mode of production activities of enterprises and the coordination requirements of employment,residence and service demands of employees under the humanistic meaning of urban development,the research condenses the"dispersion-clustering"logic behind the basic situation that the urban production space is widely diffused and there is convergence and compound development in the dispersion.Based on this,three"transformation"suggestions for the scientific supply of urban production space in the new era are put forward.
