摘 要:工业园作为我国经济增长的重要空间载体和实施制造强国战略的主阵地,其高速发展的同时也对资源环境造成了巨大压力。随着绿色发展成为城镇化新阶段的重要议题,把握时代变革之趋势,推动工业园由传统高投入的增长模式向绿色低碳生态化模式演进,是其面向可持续发展的重要选择。基于绿色生态特有的价值赋能,从价值转变、发展变革、技术创新三方面详细探讨了绿色发展视阈下工业园空间拓展的内在机制,并通过对陕西省眉县经济技术开发区的实例分析,在辩证、理性的确证其绿色发展现实可行性的基础上,探索分析以强基汇能、高效畅通、化链组网、孕能嵌链、机制传导为规划响应的工业园绿色发展模式,以期为实现工业园的绿色转型提供有益参考。As an important space carrier of China's economic growth and the main position to implement the strategy of manufacturing power,the rapid development of industrial parks has also caused great pressure on resources and environment.As green development has become an important issue in the new stage of urbanization,it is an important choice for sustainable development to grasp the trend of the times and promote the evolution of industrial parks from the traditional high-input growth model to the green low-carbon ecological model.Based on the unique value empowerment of green ecology,this paper discusses in detail the internal mechanism of spatial response of industrial parks from the perspective of green development from three aspects:value transformation,development and transformation,and technological innovation.Through the case analysis of Meixian Economic and Technological Development Zone in Shaanxi Province,on the basis of dialectically and rationally confirming the practical feasibility of its green development,this paper explores and analyzes the green development model of industrial parks with strong base and energy,efficient and smooth flow,chain networking,pregnancy and chain embedding,and mechanism transmission as planning response,in order to provide a useful reference for realizing the green transformation of industrial parks.
