摘　　要：社区是民众重要的生活场所,社区和谐稳定与社区居民生产生活密切相关。当前传统社区建设难以满足人民日益增长的美好生活需求,而智慧社区的建设将助力社区实现治理能力现代化。对于当前项目建设过程及开展过程中存在的问题进行探讨,凝炼出相应的对策建议,为后续智慧社区建设提供一条可行的路径选择。Community is an important place for people to live,and community harmony and stability are closely related to the production and life of community residents.At present,the construction of traditional communities is difficult to meet the growing needs of people for a better life,and the construction of smart communities will help to improve the modernization of Community Governance.By exploring the problems existing in the current process of building smart communities,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are condensed,providing a feasible path choice for subsequent smart community construction.
