加强和改进火灾事故调查处理工作的思考

摘　　要：火灾事故调查处理是改进消防工作、提升火灾防控能力的重要抓手。以新时代火灾事故调查处理工作为研究背景,重点阐述了火灾事故调查处理工作的重要性和面临的新形势,指出火灾事故调查处理工作现状,从法规标准体系、责任追究制度、技术与问责调查、调查专业力量、调查科技支撑体系等方面提出加强和改进火灾事故调查处理工作的对策,以切实提升火灾事故调查处理的能力和水平,更好服务社会消防安全工作。The investigation and handling of fire accidents is the core for improving fire protection work and improv⁃ing fire prevention and control capabilities.Taking the investigation and handling of fire accidents in the new era as the research background,this paper focuses on the importance of fire accident investigation and handling in the new era and the new situation and new requirements it faces,points out the current situation in the current work,puts forward targeted countermeasures,so as to effectively strengthen such capability and improve the level of fire accident investigation and handling,and better serve the fire safety work of the society.
