摘　　要：为研究不同装药条件下有限体积金属容器爆炸破坏特性,采用AUTODYN 3D程序对小尺寸长方体铝合金容器的破坏进行数值仿真,同时采用Mott随机失效模型再现容器爆炸随机破片的形成。基于数值结果,重点讨论装药结构对容器爆炸破坏特性和破片飞散规律的影响。研究结果表明:AUTODYN 3D程序和Mott模型可有效分析容器的爆炸破坏特性;当炸药经一端中心起爆时,容器壳体以撕裂破坏为主,撕裂主要发生在壳体的面—面结合处;满装药和半装药爆炸时壳体压力的变化呈现出较一致的规律性,压力在爆炸瞬间达到最大值,随后迅速下降并振荡变化直至降为零。In order to investigate the explosive damage of metal containers with finite volume under different charg⁃ing conditions,the AUTODYN 3D program was used to simulate the damage of small-sized cuboid aluminum alloy containers,and the Mott’s stochastic failure model was adopted to reproduce the formation of random fragments of container.Based on the numerical results,the effect of the charge structure on the damage characteristics of the container and the fragmentation law of the fragments is discussed.The results show that the AUTODYN 3D code and the Mott’s model can effectively analyze the damage characteristics of containers.When the explosive is detonated at the center after being ignited from one end,the container shell fails mainly by tearing damage,which occurs at the joints of the shell.The changes of shell pressure during the explosion of full charge and half charge show a relatively consistent regularity.The pressure reaches the maximum value at the initial moment of explosion,and then rapidly decreases and oscillates until it drops to zero.
