摘　　要：文章旨在研究不同党参组方作为饲料添加剂对保育期恩施黑猪生产性能、养分消化率和免疫指标的影响。试验将120只30日龄恩施黑猪随机分成4组。对照组(试验Ⅳ组)饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加不同党参组方,试验为期45 d。结果表明,试验组平均日增重、平均日采食量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪含量均不同程度高于对照组;试验组IgG、IgM、IFN-γ、TNF-α含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,党参组方饲料添加剂能显著提升恩施黑猪保育期生产性能、饲料养分消化率和血液免疫指标。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different compound Codonopsis pilosula as feed additives on growth performance,nutrients digestibility and serum immunoglobulin content of Enshi black pigs during nursery period.A total of 12030-day-old weaned piglets of Enshi black pigs were divided into groups I、II、III and IV randomly.The control group was fed with basal diet,and the experimental groups I,II and III were supplemented with different compound Codonopsis pilosula for 45 days.The results showed that the average daily gain and feed intake of the experimental groups were higher than those of the control group significantly(P<0.05).In terms of digestibility index,the contents of DM,CP and EE in the three experimental groups were higher than those in the control group.In terms of blood immune indexes,the contents of IgG,IgM,IFN-γand TNF-αof the experimental groups were significantly higher than those of the control group.In summary,the compound Codonopsis pilosula as feed additives can significantly improve the production performance,feed nutrient digestibility and blood immune index of Enshi black pigs during the nursery period.
