摘　　要：饲料业是农业经济的关键产业之一,在推动畜牧养殖业稳定发展、确保农副产品供应等层面作用突出。但当前国内饲料企业在应对大型自然灾害或突发公共事件时,饲料物流应急管理能力欠缺,饲料应急物流响应机制缺失,饲料运输效率低、物流管理系统落后、物流部门协作性较差。因此,文章基于饲料企业应急物流管理问题,探讨应急物流响应机制建设的重要性,并提出饲料企业应急物流响应体系建设的有效路径。The feed industry is one of the key industries in the agricultural economy,playing a prominent role in promoting the stable development of animal husbandry and ensuring the supply of agricultural and sideline products.However,currently,domestic feed enterprises lack emergency management capabilities for feed logistics when dealing with large-scale natural disasters or sudden public events,lack response mechanisms for feed emergency logistics,low efficiency of feed transportation,outdated logistics management systems,and poor collaboration among logistics departments.Therefore,based on the issue of emergency logistics management in feed enterprises,this article explores the importance of building emergency logistics response mechanisms and proposes effective paths for the construction of emergency logistics response systems in feed enterprises.
