摘 要:文章旨在分析发酵处理后中草药副产物(发酵复方中药渣制剂)饲料化应用对育肥猪生长性能的影响,试验将120头初始体重在25 kg左右的三元杂交育肥猪随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复10头,对照组饲喂基础日粮,M1、M2组分别在日粮中添加0.5%和1.0%的发酵复方中药渣制剂,试验为期90 d,试验结果表明:(1)生长性能:M1、M2组日平均增重(ADG)、末重(FW)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);M2组平均日采食量(ADFI)、料重比(F/G)显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(2)屠宰性能:M2组胴体重(CW)显著高于M1组、对照组(P<0.05);M1、M2组背膘厚(Bt)显著低于对照组(P<0.05),屠宰率(Sr)显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)经济效益:与对照组、M1组相比,M2组每头育肥猪饲养经济效益分别提高了28.75%、15.07%。总体而言,发酵复方中药渣制剂能显著改善育肥猪生长性能,提高屠宰性能和经济效益,说明中草药副产物的饲料化应用具有可行性,建议添加比例为1.0%。The study aims to analyze the effect of the feed application of fermented Chinese herbal by-products(fermented compound Chinese medicine residue preparation)on the growth performance of fattening pigs.120 ternary hybrid fattening pigs with an initial body weight of about 25kg were randomly divided into 3 groups,with 4 replicates in each group and 10 pigs in each replicates.The control group was fed with a basic diet,while the M1 and M2 groups were added with 0.5%and 1.0%fermented compound Chinese medicine residue preparation in the diet,respectively.The experimental period was 90 days,The results showed that:(1)Growth performance:The daily average weight gain(ADG)and final weight(FW)of M1 and M2 groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The average daily feed intake(ADFI)and feed to weight ratio(F/G)of the M2 group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);(2)Slaughtering performance:The carcass weight(CW)of the M2 group was significantly higher than that of the M1 group and control group(P<0.05);The backfat thickness(Bt)of M1 and M2 groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the slaughter rate(Sr)was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);(3)Economic benefits:Compared with the control group and M1 group,the economic benefits of raising each finishing pig in the M2 group increased by 28.75%and 15.07%,respectively.Overall,the fermented compound Chinese herbal residue preparation can significantly improve the growth performance,slaughter performance,and economic benefits of fattening pigs,indicating the feasibility of the feed application of Chinese herbal byproducts.It is recommended to add 1.0%.
