摘 要:针对覆盖率计算中可达范围和覆盖内容的模糊表达问题,本文提出了利用不同的可达性和空间叠置方法进行计算,并对结果的差异性进行分析。设计了顾及面域范围的不同空间叠置方法和不同可达性方法的覆盖率差异对比实验,明确了不同地理要素的可达性方法和不同约束指标与空间叠置方法的匹配关系,并以济南市中心城区为例进行了实验。结果表明:(1)缓冲区方法适用于顾及面状要素边界问题的可达性分析,对于空间单元敏感型、服务设施共享型及边界模糊型约束指标分别采用空间包含、交或质心、并的空间叠置方法计算覆盖率。(2)基于不同可达性方法的覆盖率差异对比发现,虽然利用服务区和缓冲区得到的可达范围差异很大,但可分别对其采用并、质心的空间叠置方法对覆盖率结果进行比较。City examination and evaluation procedures are indispensable to accurately grasp the state of urban development,discover urban diseases,monitor urban dynamic changes,and carry out urban governance.To ensure the objectivity,scientificity,and operability of city examination and evaluation,the examination and evaluation indicator system is an important tool for promoting high-quality urban development,improving the territorial spatial planning system,and supervising the effectiveness of implementation.It is also a major measure to build livable,green,and safe city and to improve people’s happiness and satisfaction in life.The city examination and evaluation indicator system in the“Code of practice for city examination and evaluation in spatial planning”gives the indicator data source and calculation method.However,in the actual calculation of physical examination indicators,it is found that there are still some problems concerning the diversity of spatial overlay methods and the uncertainty of reachable range.This study proposes the use of diverse accessibility and spatial overlay methods to calculate the fuzzy representation of reachable range and coverage content in coverage calculation and analyzes the differences in results.This study takes Jinan City as the research area and uses the data of the third National Land Survey of Jinan City in 2019 and the geographical conditions of Jinan City in 2018 to implement the experiment.Experiments are designed to compare the coverage of the same geographical element by using different access methods to obtain differential coverage effects of different spatial overlay methods within the region.It clarifies the specific methods for calculating the coverage of urban physical examination indicators under different constraints such as spatial unit sensitivity,service facility sharing,and boundary ambiguity.The results show that the buffer zone method is suitable for the calculation of accessibility considering the boundary problem of surface elements.For the constraint in
