热轧板卷SS400Cr的拉伸性能研究

摘　　要：通过不同宽度、不同方向的SS400Cr试样进行拉伸对比试验,和金相组织检验,研究了SS400Cr拉伸性能的特点。热轧状态和带状组织造成各向异性,横向强度高延伸率低,纵向强度低延伸率高。SS400的生产工艺不适用于SS400Cr,应充分考虑添加铬带来的问题。Contrast among tensile tests different width and direction,and microstructure test are made.The characteristics of SS400Cr tensile properties were investigated.Bended structure and hot rolled state caused anisotropy.Transverse strength is higher than longitudinal,and transverse elongation is lower than longitudinal.Production process of SS400 is not applicable to SS400Cr,and the new problem caused by adding chromium should be taken fully into account.
