摘　　要：安钢4747 m3大型高炉炉前系统有四套移盖机设备,运行使用频繁、环境恶劣,该系统运行过程中主沟盖经常出现卡阻、晃动等问题。通过对移盖机设备进行系统改造,运行过程中的平衡性、稳定性得到了很大提升。There are four sets of cover machine in Angang 4747 m3 large blast furnace.The operation is frequently used and the environment is harsh,During operation,the cover machine often appears problems such as blockage and shaking.Through the system transformation of the cover machine equipment.The balance and stability of the operation have been greatly improved.
