摘 要:当前国内外高炉制粉控制还停留在人工操作控制形式,分析了人工操作制粉控制系统的弊端并提出相应解决方案,对现有控制系统进行改造升级,设计了一种全自动制粉智能控制系统并进行应用示范。应用结果表明,制粉生产更加标准化、自动化和智能化,有效规避了安全风险,并达到降本增效目的,智能高产模式下的平均单产达到55.18 t/h,吨煤成本降至32.33元,与人工手动稳产模式相比,产量上升9.90%,成本降低7.52%。At present,the control of coal powder production for blast furnace at home and abroad is still in the form of manual operation control.The drawbacks of pulverizing control system controlled by manual operation were analyzed and the corresponding solutions were proposed in this paper.Then the present control system was upgraded.A fully automatic pulverizing intelligent control system is designed and demonstrated.The application results showed that the coal powder production is more standardized,automated,and intelligent.The safety risks were effectively avoided,and the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase were achieved.For the intelligent high-yield mode,the average unit yield reached 55.18 t/h and the cost per ton of coal decreased to 32.33 yuan.Compared with the manual stable production mode,the output of the coal powder was increased by 9.90%and the cost was decreased by 7.52%.
