基于苗医“毒乱致病论”探讨缺血性中风的病因病机及治法

摘　　要：毒乱致病论是苗医病因学的重要理论之一,苗医民间素有“无毒不致病、无乱不成疾”之说,认为当各种外毒侵犯机体,或机体脏腑功能紊乱产生的痰湿、瘀血等病理产物,日久不化酿生内毒,深入筋脉致脑架或半身筋脉受损,气阻血瘀,导致气壅血瘀、气血逆乱,脑髓损伤或半身筋脉瘀塞不通是缺血性中风的病因病机核心所在。近年来,苗药在缺血性中风的治疗方面取得了一定的成效,但目前苗医学治疗中风的理论体系并不十分完备。因此,基于苗医毒乱致病论探讨缺血性中风的病因病机及“以通散为要,以治毒为法”的治法,进一步完善苗医药治疗缺血性中风的理论体系,为苗医药治疗缺血性中风奠定理论基础。Miao medicine folk is known as“no poison does not cause disease,no disorder does not become a disease”,believes that when all kinds of external poisons invade the body,or the body's internal organs dysfunction produced phlegm dampness,blood stasis and other pathological products,over time do not brew internal poison,deep tendon veins cause brain frame or half body tendon veins damage,qi obstruction blood stasis,resulting in qi blood stasis,qi blood stasis,cerebral cord injury or half of the body tendon pulse congestion is the core of the etiological pathogenesis of ischemic stroke.In recent years,Miao medicine has achieved certain results in the treatment of ischemic stroke,but the current theoretical system of Miao medicine for stroke treatment is not very complete.Therefore,based on the theory of the pathogenesis of Miao medicine,the etiology and pathogenesis of ischemic stroke and the treatment method of“dispersion as the priority and taking poison treatment as the method”were discussed,and the theoretical system of Miao medicine in the treatment of ischemic stroke was further improved,which laid a theoretical foundation for Miao medicine to treat ischemic stroke.
