摘 要:目的:采用星点设计-响应曲面法优选归芪扶正颗粒最佳成型工艺。方法:以成型率、吸湿率、休止角为考察指标,在明确辅料种类后,采用星点设计-响应曲面法优选辅料用量、乙醇浓度等成型工艺参数,并对颗粒的包装湿度进行考察。结果:最佳成型工艺为:浸膏粉∶甘露醇∶炒六神曲=6∶2∶1比例混合,以87%乙醇为粘合剂制粒,包装湿度应控制在65%以下。结论:采用星点设计-响应曲面法选归芪扶正颗粒最佳成型工艺稳定可靠,可为后期生产提供相关依据。Objective Central composite design response surface methodology was used to optimize the molding process of Gui qi fu zheng granules.Methods Taking forming rate,moisture absorption rate and angle of repose as the index,after clarifying the type of excipient,central composite design response surface methodology was used to optimize the molding process parameters such as excipients dosage,ethanol concentration,and the packaging humidity of granule was investigated.Results The optimum molding process was determined as follows:the ratio of extract powder to mannitol to divinity powder was 6∶2∶1,and 87%ethanol was used as binder for granulation,the packaging humidity should be lower than 65%.Conclusion The optimal molding process of Gui qi Fu zheng granules is stable and reliable by using central composite design response surface methodology,which can provide relevant basis for later production.
