闽台“一条根”类青草药次生代谢产物研究进展

摘　　要：目的:了解闽台两地“一条根”类青草药来源植物代谢产物,为网络药理学筛选与一条根祛风湿药理实验提供参考数据。方法:文献考察。结果:闽台“一条根”来源豆科7属10种,现有文献报道共检测到431种成分。黄酮类成分检出176种,挥发油中检出成分148种,其他成分检出107种。结论:“一条根”类青草药中含有的多种代谢成分,是其祛风除湿、强筋骨等药理作用的物质基础。Objective To understand the metabolites of plants derived from“I-Tiao-Gung”green herbs in Fujian and Taiwan region,and to provide reference data for network pharmacological screening and pharmacological experiments of one root for dispelling rheumatism.Methods A literature review.Results Fujian and Taiwan“I-Tiao-Gung”source plants 7 genera and 10 species of Fabaceae,and a total of 431 components were detected in the existing literature.176 kinds of flavonoids were detected,148 kinds of components were detected in volatile oil,and 107 kinds of other components were detected.Conclusion The various metabolic components contained in“I-Tiao-Gung”herbal medicine are the material basis for its pharmacological effects such as expelling wind and dampness,strengthening muscles and bones.
