摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(AD)作为老年人常见的神经退行性疾病,主要病理表现为β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)沉积以及Tau蛋白过度磷酸化(p-Tau)。藏医药理论的发展已有几千年的历史,而七十味珍珠丸(RNSP)作为藏药中的一枚瑰宝,对于神经退行性疾病具有较好治疗效果。文章主要回顾与梳理现代医学与传统藏医对AD病因的研究观点以及RNSP的主要成分与作用,并对RNSP改善AD的临床作用以及RNSP在减少Aβ沉积、抑制氧化应激和改善能量代谢等方面的药理作用机制进行综述,为RNSP在AD领域研究提出建议与思考。Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a common neurodegenerative disease in the elderly.The main pathological manifestations areβ-amyloid(Aβ)deposition and Tau protein hyperphosphorylation(p-Tau).Ratanasampil(RNSP),a treasure of Tibetan medicine,has a good therapeutic effect on neurodegenerative diseases.Therefore,the article mainly reviews and sorts out the research viewpoints of modern medicine and traditional Tibetan medicine on AD etiology,as well as the main components and functions of RNSP.In addition,the clinical effect of RNSP in improving AD and the pharmacological mechanism of RNSP in reducing Aβdeposition,inhibiting oxidative stress and improving energy metabolism were reviewed,and put forward suggestions and thinking for RNSP research in the field of AD.
