摘　　要：谢嘉嘉教授从事肺系疾病诊疗工作20余载,秉承岭南历代医家的临床经验,在治疗慢性咳嗽时结合岭南地区的气候特点,通过八纲辨证、脏腑辨证结合患者的体质特性,分因辨证,重视脏腑咳,辨治兼证,确定病位病性,擅长辨证运用龙脷叶、枇杷叶、风栗壳、岗梅根、毛冬青、青天葵、广藿香、猫爪草、布渣叶、芒果核、五指毛桃等多种岭南药材治疗慢性咳嗽,在临床获益颇丰,其辨证方法及治疗思维值得临床借鉴和学习。Professor Xie Jiajia has been engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of lung diseases for more than 20 years.He inherits the clinical experience of doctors in the past dynasties in the south of the five ridges.When treating chronic cough,he combines the climate characteristics of the south of the five ridges,pays attention to visceral cough through eight principles syndrome differentiation and visceral syndrome differentiation combined with the patient s physical characteristics,differentiates the cause,pays attention to visceral cough,differentiates and treats both syndromes,and determines the location and nature of the disease.He is good at syndrome differentiation and application of Longxi leaf,loquat leaf,chestnut shell,Gangmei root,Ilex pubescens,Solanum nigrum,patchouli A variety of Lingnan herbs,such as catnip grass,cloth residue leaves,mango kernel,and five finger peach,have been used to treat chronic cough,and have benefited a lot in clinical practice.Their syndrome differentiation methods and treatment thinking are worthy of clinical reference and learning.
