基于数据挖掘探讨白及临床外用特点及其用药规律

摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘对含白及的外用方药用药规律及应用特点进行探讨,旨在为白及相关外用制剂的开发应用提供相应方向及依据。方法:通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普中文期刊数据库(VIP)、万方期刊数据库(WanFang Data),收集并筛选含有白及的外用中药处方,以Microsoft Office Excel 2020、SPSS Modeler 18.0、SPSS Statistics 26.0等软件进行相关统计分析。结果:共纳入含白及外用中药方剂总计92首,共含中药212味,药物性味多偏寒、温、微寒,辛、甘、苦等,主要归于肝经、肺经、脾经、胃经。白及常与清热药、止血药、活血化瘀药、补虚药及解表药等配伍应用,多用于治疗皮肤疾病、消化系统疾病及肛肠疾病。给药方式有外敷、灌肠及外涂等。白及常与黄柏、黄连、大黄及乳香、没药等配伍。聚类分析发现,含白及外用中药处方高频药物可聚为4组。结论:通过对含白及外用中药处方进行数据挖掘,初步阐明白及临床外用特点及临床用药规律,为白及在临床中的应用及相关外用制剂研制开发提供了方向。Objective To explore the medication law and application characteristics of external prescriptions containing Baiji based on data mining,in order to provide corresponding direction and basis for the development and application of Baiji and related external preparations.Methods The prescriptions of topical traditional Chinese medicine containing Baiji were collected and screened by searching CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Data.The correlation was statistically analyzed by Microsoft Office Excel 2020,SPSS modeler 18.0 and SPSS statistics 26.0.Results A total of 92 prescriptions containing white and topical traditional Chinese medicine were included,including 212 traditional Chinese medicine.The drug flavor was mostly cold,warm,slightly cold,pungent,sweet and bitter;It is mainly attributed to liver meridian,lung meridian,spleen meridian and stomach meridian.Baiji is often used in combination with heat clearing drugs,hemostatic drugs,drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,tonifying deficiency drugs and surface relieving drugs.It is mostly used to treat skin diseases,digestive system diseases and anorectal diseases.The administration methods include external application,enema and external application.Baiji is often compatible with Cortex Phellodendri,Rhizoma Coptidis,rhubarb,frankincense and myrrh.Cluster analysis showed that high-frequency drugs containing white and topical traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions could be clustered into 4 groups.Conclusion Through data mining on the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine containing radix bletilariae and for external use,the characteristics of clinical external use and the laws of clinical medication were preliminarily clarified,which provided a direction for the clinical application of radix bletilariae and the development of related external preparations.
