有限接触动力加压钢板与锁定加压钢板结合植骨治疗四肢创伤骨折骨不连的效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较有限接触动力加压钢板(LC-DCP)、锁定加压钢板(LCP)结合植骨治疗四肢创伤骨折(LTF)骨不连的效果。方法抽取濮阳市人民医院2020年2月至2022年2月收治的60例LTF骨不连患者作为研究对象,按双色球法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。观察组采用LC-DCP结合植骨治疗,对照组采用LCP结合植骨治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果两组手术时间、切口长度、手术出血量、愈合时间、X线骨痂评分比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);手术前后,两组血清因子水平比较差异均未见统计学意义(P均>0.05);观察组并发症发生率(6.67%,2/30)低于对照组(33.33%,10/30),P<0.05。结论LTF骨不连采用LC-DCP或LCP结合植骨治疗,效果均较好,两者手术情况、愈合时间均相当,且对血清因子的影响效果相似,但LC-DCP结合植骨治疗并发症更少。Objective To compare the effect of limited contact dynamic compression plate(LC-DCP)and locking compression plate(LCP)in combination with bone graft in the treatment of nonunion of limbs traumatic fractures(LTF).Methods Sixty patients with LTF nonunion admitted to Puyang People’s Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to dichromatic sphere method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated by LC-DCP combined with bone graft,and the control group was treated by LCP combined with bone graft.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in operation time,incision length,operation bleeding,healing time and X-ray callus score(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in levels of serum factors between the two groups before and after operation(allP>0.05).The complication rate in the observation group(6.67%,2/30)was lower than that in the control group(33.33%,10/30),P<0.05.Conclusions LC-DCP or LCP in combimation with bone graft can achieve good results in the treatment of LTF nonunion.Both of them have comparable surgical conditions and healing time,and have similar effects on serum factors.However,LC-DCP combined with bone graft has fewer complications.
