唑来膦酸注射液治疗老年骨质疏松症的效果及对腰椎和股骨颈骨密度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨唑来膦酸注射液治疗老年骨质疏松症的效果及对腰椎、股骨颈骨密度的影响。方法抽取2019年11月至2022年6月郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院收治的老年骨质疏松症患者86例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组43例。对照组使用碳酸钙D3片治疗,研究组在对照组的治疗基础上使用唑来膦酸注射液治疗。比较两组疗效、不良反应发生率;比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、骨密度(腰椎骨密度、股骨颈骨密度)水平。结果研究组总有效率(93.02%,40/43)高于对照组(72.09%,31/43),P<0.05。治疗前,两组VAS评分比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组腰椎骨密度、股骨颈骨密度比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组腰椎骨密度、股骨颈骨密度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率(4.65%,2/43)低于对照组(18.60%,8/43),P<0.05。结论唑来膦酸注射液治疗老年骨质疏松症疗效显著,可缓解机体炎症,减轻患者疼痛症状,调节骨密度水平,并降低不良反应发生率。Objective To investigate the curative effect of zoledronic acid injection in the treatment of senile osteoporosis,and its influence on bone mineral density of lumbar spine and femoral neck.Methods A total of 86 elderly patients with osteoporosis treated in Luoyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from November 2019 to June 2022 were selected,and they were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with calcium carbonate D3,and the study group was treated with zoledronic acid injection based on the treatment of the control group.The curative effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Preoperative and postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)score,bone mineral density of lumbar vertebrae and femoral neck were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(93.02%,40/43)was higher than that of the control group(72.09%,31/43),P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the VAS score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in bone mineral density of lumber vertebrae and femoral neck between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the bone mineral density of lumber vertebrae and femoral neck of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(4.65%,2/43)was lower than that in the control group(18.60%,8/43),P<0.05.Conclusions Zoledronic acid injection has a significant effect in the treatment of senile osteoporosis.It can relieve the inflammation of the body,relieve the pain symptoms of patients,regulate the bone mineral density,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
