摘　　要：ω3多不饱和脂肪酸(ω3-PUFAs)的药理学作用与临床应用受到关注。ω3-PUFAs对严重创伤、失血性休克、脓毒症等具有急危重症延长存活时间、降低失控炎症反应、降低氧化应激与细胞凋亡、抑制细胞过度自噬、改善肠道屏障功能、恢复免疫功能、降低重要器官的结构损伤与功能障碍的作用。本文对相关研究进行了综述,以期加深对ω3-PUFAs药理学作用的理解,拓展ω3-PUFAs的临床应用,为防治急危重症提供新的策略。The pharmacologic effects and clinical applications ofω3 polyunsaturated fatty acids(ω3-PUFAs)have drawn widely attentions.The current article reviews the roles ofω3-PUFAs in prolonging survival time,reducing uncontrolled inflammatory response,reducing oxidative stress and apoptosis,inhibiting excessive autophagy,improving intestinal barrier function,restoring immune function,and reducing structural damage and dysfunction of vital organs in severe trauma,hemorrhagic shock,sepsis and other acute critical diseases.This review looks forward to deepening the understanding of the pharmacologic effects ofω3-PUFAs,expanding the clinical application ofω3-PUFAs,and providing a new strategy for the prevention and treatment of acute critical illness.
