摘　　要：循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)在肿瘤的播散和转移中起着重要作用,其携带了肿瘤细胞的特性,蕴含着丰富的遗传学信息,并且随疾病进展而改变,是非常理想的液体活检手段,能为乳腺癌的诊断、预后评价及个体化精准治疗提供有力的依据。本文对CTCs的富集、检测方法及其与乳腺癌的诊断和分期、疗效评估和预后分析、精准治疗等进行综述,以期提高CTCs检测在乳腺癌预后评价、精准治疗的应用。Circulating tumor cells(CTCs)play important roles in the spread and metastasis of tumors.CTCs carry the characteristics of tumor cells,contain rich genetic information,and change with the progression of the disease.Therefore,CTCs become ideal biomarkers for liquid biopsy and can provide powerful basis for diagnosis,prognosis evaluation and individual therapy of breast cancer.In the paper,in order to improve the application of CTCs in the evaluation of breast cancer prognosis and individualized drug administration,we reviewed the enrichment and detection methods of CTCs,and significance of dynamic monitoring of CTC levels in peripheral blood of breast cancer patients to predict the recurrence and progression of disease,prognosis evaluation and individualized drug administration.
