摘  要:本文依据GB/T 21143标准,以X70管线钢管环焊缝为研究对象,进行了裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)断裂韧性试验,研究了试样厚度和试样裂纹深度对断裂韧性值的影响。结果表明:通过三点弯曲试样测试所得R曲线及断裂韧性值受裂纹深度影响较大,受试样厚度影响较小,三点弯曲试样一般采用深裂纹(a/W=0.5)即为了保证较高约束和得到较为保守的断裂韧性值;初始裂纹深度对R曲线影响显著,随着初始裂纹深度a/W由0.15增大到0.52,R曲线由开始的低平变的较为陡直。According to GB/T 21143 standard,the crack tip opening displacement(CTOD)fracture toughness test of girth weld of X70 pipeline was carried out,and the effects of specimen thickness and crack depth on fracture toughness were studied.The results show that the R curve and fracture toughness obtained from the three-point bending specimen are affected by the crack depth more than the thickness of the specimen.The three-point bending specimen generally adopts a deep crack(a/W=0.5)in order to ensure a higher constraint and obtain a more conservative fracture toughness value.The initial crack depth has a significant effect on the R-curve.With the increase of the initial crack depth a/W from 0.15 to 0.52,the R-curve becomes steeper from the initial low level.
