摘　　要：党的十九大报告第一次提出“高质量发展”新表述,考虑到“美好生活”和“不平衡不充分发展”这个社会主要矛盾的变化,从经济活力、科技创新、发展环境与效益、人民生活质量等4个维度构建河北省高质量发展综合评价指标体系,并结合河北省具体情况,提出河北省高质量发展的建议。A new statement of high-quality development was put forward for the first time by the report of 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Based on the change of the social principal contradiction of"a better life"and"unbalanced and insufficient development",the paper builds a comprehensive evaluation index system of high-quality development in Hebei Province from the four dimensions of economic vitality,scientific and technological innovation,development environment and benefits,and people's quality of life.Considering the specific situation,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the high-quality development of Hebei Province.
