摘　　要：新时代大学生作为学历水平较高、综合素养较高的青年群体,是国家最宝贵的人才资源,因此大学生的人格培养不仅是高校思想政治教育的关键一环,也是适应时代发展的必然需求。在抗击新冠肺炎疫情中衍生出的抗疫精神,意义深远,集中体现了中华民族精神和时代精神,具有十分重要的时代价值。在疫情进入常态化的今天,将伟大抗疫精神融入新时代大学生人格塑造的全过程,探索新时代大学生人格塑造机制,积极帮助学生掌握成长的科学方法和塑造人格的科学途径。College students in the new era,as the youth group with higher academic level and higher comprehensive quality,are the most precious human resources of the country.Therefore,the cultivation of college students'personality is not only a key link of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,but also the inevitable demand to adapt to the development of The Times.The spirit of combating the COVID-19 epidemic has far-reaching significance.It embodies the spirit of the Chinese nation and the spirit of The Times,and is of great value to The Times.Today,in the regular epidemic prevention and control,the great spirit of combating the COVID-19 epidemic has been integrated into the whole process of personality building of college students in the new era,the mechanism of personality building of college students in the new era has been explored,which helps students master the scientific methods of growth and personality building.
