中文版职业倦怠临床亚型量表的信效度检验

摘　　要：目的翻译、修订职业倦怠临床亚型问卷(BCSQ-36),并进行信度、效度检验。方法对BCSQ-36进行跨文化调试和专家评价,形成中文版BCSQ-36。采用便利抽样法抽取四川省841名医务人员进行调查,使用Spearman进行相关性分析,运用内部一致性信度、重测信度进行信度检验,采用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析进行效度检验。结果中文版BCSQ-36的Cronbach′sα系数和重测Cronbach′sα系数均>0.900,3个分量表之间均呈正相关(P<0.05);I-CVI为0.83~1.00,S-CVI/Ave为0.986;3个分量表的KMO值均>0.800,Bartlett球形检验结果显示P<0.01;各条目的因子载荷均>0.5,累计方差贡献率均>60%;CFA模型的拟合指数:CMIN/df=4.402,NFI=0.915,IFI=0.923,CFI=0.923,RMSEA=0.078。结论中文版BCSQ-36具有良好的信度、效度,可作为我国医务人员职业倦怠的测量工具。Objective To translate and revise the Burnout Clinical Subtypes Questionnaire(BCSQ-36),and to test its reliability and validity.Methods The BCSQ-36 was cross-culturally debugged and evaluated by experts to form the Chinese version of the BCSQ-36.841 medical professionals in Sichuan Province were surveyed by convenience sampling,and correlation analyses were performed using Spearman′s correlation analysis,reliability tests were conducted using internal consistency reliability and re-testing reliability,and validity tests were conducted using exploratory factor analysis and validation factor analysis.Results The Cronbach′s alpha coefficients and retest Cronbach′s alpha coefficients of the Chinese version of the BCSQ-36 were both>0.900,and there was a positive correlation between the 3 scales(P<0.05);the I-CVI ranged from 0.83 to 1.00,and the S-CVI/Ave was 0.986.The KMO values of the table were all>0.800,and the results of Bartlett′s spherical test showed P<0.01;the factor loadings of each entry were all>0.5,and the cumulative variance contribution rates were all>60%;the fit indices of the CFA model were:CMIN/df=4.402,NFI=0.915,IFI=0.923,CFI=0.923,and RMSEA=0.078.Conclusion The Chinese version of the BCSQ-36 has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a measurement tool for medical staff burnout in China.
