摘  要:为了提高RV减速器承载能力,对摆线针轮副基本参数进行了优化.在RV减速器体积标准化前提下,将基本参数偏心距和针齿半径作为设计变量,建立以提高承载能力为目标的优化模型;针对承载能力与基本参数关系无法用简单解析式表达的问题,通过对遗传算法适应度函数的改进,达到快速搜寻的目的.选择RV-20E减速器进行实例分析,数值仿真结果表明优化后其承载能力提升了11.15%;试制出优化后的摆线针轮副,完成了整机装配,并进行了承载能力实验.结果显示:优化后RV减速器在额定负载时传动效率提高了2.3%,温度和噪声分别降低了0.7℃和1 d B,且在重载时表现更佳.In order to improve the load carrying capacity of RV reducer,the basic parameters of the cycloidal pinwheel pair need to be optimized.On the premise of standardizing the volume of RV reducer,the eccentric distance and the radius of needle teeth are chosen as the design variables,and an optimization mathematical model is established with the goal of improving the load carrying capacity.Since the relationship between the load carrying capacity and the basic parameters cannot be expressed by a simple analytical formula,the fitness function of genetic algorithm is improved to implement fast search.Using RV-20E reducer as the case study,the load capacity of the optimized RV-20E gearbox is improved by 11.15%through numerical simulation.The optimized cycloid subsets are then fabricated,assembled and tested for load capacity.The test results show that the optimized RV reducer can improve the transmission efficiency by 2.3%at rated load,reduce the temperature rise and noise by 0.7℃and 1dB respectively,and has better performance at heavy load.
